Quitter

so, i quit my fruit diet. i got insanely ill last night, and the thought of eating another piece of fruit made me want to vomit. however, i did learn from this experience and am motivated to find something more realistic for my lifestyle. until then, i am cutting junk and focusing on eating more fruit than i used to (which won't be hard b/c i never ate fruit before). on the plus side, i did lost 4 lbs in three days. tiffany and i decided it would work so much better if we were not stay at home moms with children and husbands to feed and a refigerator full of non-fruit food at our disposal all day long.

we went to SD yesterday. janelle & her group gave me a class on infant massage. jack did well. janelle has to train 5 families to get her certification, and she said we could be one of her families. woohoo!

we went to the zoo afterwards. saw the sea lion show. i was impressed. who knew a sea lion could dance? the weather was great. a little overcast and just shy of 70 degrees. the guys who sits by the exit and says "thank you" didnt think it was nice weather though. he blurted out "thanks for coming, and if you brought this weather with you on vacation, TAKE IT BACK!" i thought it was little harsh, and not so friendly.

today we are going to look at houses that will be up for auction at the local casino in a couple weeks. that's about it. will probably clean or something too. see ya later!

NO salt and a gallon of water a day worked for us. Fruit is a nice start, but the natural sugars are still 'sugars' for your body...not so good. If you're interested in more of what we did, let me know. There is a 2 week 'cleanse' that will make you lose like 10 pounds.
