hmmm... so since thursday (my last blog) i:
- picked up my huge lot of mail
- went to retreat (to kimi's delight, i did not contribute to any fights this year). divulged way too much info for my comfort zone, but am coping and coming around to the blessing within
- went to steering meeting monday morning
- went to mops meeting this morning. it was good. it was the annual tea and testimony meeting. sylvia from crimson bridge spoke/sang. i know it touched lives. it made this whirlwind of a MOPS year worth it to me. lauren made a guest appearance de-smocked. she and erin both have infectious grins and laughs. love it. there are just some days you need that kind infection!
- had a mops steering team committee meeting today to pray about next year's leaders at teri's GORGEOUS new house. a little freaked when she said her neighbor found a rattle snake sleeping on his driveway. guess that's what happens when us big bad humans build on nature's land.
- went to ww tonight. lost another 1.2 lbs. yay! not a huge feat, but pretty good seeing as i was at retreat all weekend with no real control over what was served.
